It requires companies to prepare and disclose detailed reports on environmental\, social and governance (ESG) issues\, including Scope 3 emissions. \nWho will be affected by the CSRD and when?\nThe CSRD significantly extends the scope of sustainability reporting to a wider range of companies. Any company that meets at least two of the following criteria 250+ employees\, €40m+ turnover or €20m+ total assets\, will be required to comply. From 2024\, the CSRD will apply to companies already subject to the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD). By 2025\, other large companies will be included and by 2026\, listed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will also have to comply. \nAre you ready for reporting?
